Lizzy_b100 Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 This is probably really dumb but Ive set everything up in my shop and it works fine - except when Im buying a test product there is no email to tell me (the store owner) that Ive got an order. Jack_mcs Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 Try setting the send extra order email. You should get an email without having to do that but sometimes the sever setting prevents it. If that doesn't work, try using a different email address in the settings (one not associated with your shop).
