All order email in english?

Hi,

I was just testing my site in another language as I'm keeping with the three default languages.

I bought a test product and recieved the order email notifying me that someone has bought a product. The problem was it was in the set language.

Is there a way that I can set all order messages to the admin to be in english?

I still want to keep outgoing messages to customers etc in their language though...

Thanks

anyone?

I'm also after this solution. Messages sent from Admin, like changing status orders, are sent in the language you're using in the Admin. The problem is you don't know what the customer language is. I'm beginning to believe that the only way is to build it from scratch adding a new field in the customers table. It could also be used for newsletter...

I reckon it'd be simple to do if i knew which files to edit.. to be honest I'm not sure what file actually sends the emails to the admin for orders.

There's probably a statement of some sort checking the language and sending the correct language email depending on the customers email.

You'd just need to fiddle with it to only send in the language you wish.

I just need to know what file to find it it!!

I don't think there is an easy solution as this request is still pending in oscommerce 3.0 alpha releases.

The issue being that language defines are already loaded and you just can't overwrite them easily from what I understand.

Always notifiying the order in english I think is not part of this request.

KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON

I do not use the responsive bootstrap version since i coded my responsive version earlier, but i have bought every 28d of code package to support burts effort and keep this forum alive (albeit more like on life support).

So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?!

Find the most frequent unique errors to fix:

grep "PHP" php_error_log.txt | sed "s/^.* PHP/PHP/g" |grep "line" |sort | uniq -c | sort -r > counterrors.txt
