Customize osCommerce - How Long and at what Price?

I currently thinking about having my osCommerce website customized but wanted to get an idea to the cost and number of hours it would take. Below it what I would want done:

 

Install the Multi Store Contribute

Followed by Easy Populate

And then I would like Easy Populate configures so the following is possible:

Full URLs can be used for images (Example http://www.mysite.com/images/image.jpg) instead of image.jpg

Change quantity column to show numbers, letter and symbols (Example >5)

Ability to delete all products that don't appear in the new upload file

Fix the error of Easy Populate not allowing symbols like . or , and /

 

Then the following contributes installed:

Quantity Box in Product Listing - http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2147/

Once all this is done we would then need the files copied over into another 9 stores so that we can use the multi store feature.

 

So what would something like this cost from a PHP coder and how long would it take for them to do in hours?
