automatically charging of tax

I have sales tax setup for nevada, I added a few products and check that it was a taxable item, well when your looking at the item on the web page within the catalog, it shows the price plus the tax...why does it do this?

 

can you tell me please?

In catalog/includes/application_top.php look for

define('DISPLAY_PRICE_WITH_TAX', true);

 

and change to

 

define('DISPLAY_PRICE_WITH_TAX', false);

I have one other tax issue, when it goes to calculate tax upon check out, its not calculating the correct ammount, i did 7.25% for nevada and its like doing more or something...any ideas why its not doing the correct amount?
