awarner20
Hi folks, The store owner just alerted me to the fact that ALL of their products are being listed in on the product_new.php page and that the products seem to have arbitrary dates on them as listed under "date added" in the listing. There are roughly three different dates showing on these products. We are using Easy Populate so I downloaded the entire product listing and changed the "date added" to 5/5/2007 for all products except for one category of products. I listed that "date added" as 5/8/2007 to try and get only that group listed under "New Products". That didn't work. I also added the "date available" as 5/8/2007. Can anyone here offer a clue as to why this may be happening and what I might try to fix this? We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts. It's our job every day to make every important aspect of the customer experience a little bit better. - Jeff Bezos

Hi everyone, After some more searching, I found a suggested fix and applied it, and it seems to be working! Yaaaaaay! It seems it's an easy populate and Excel issue with date formats. The fix is listed here http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/lofiversion/i...hp/t136890.html Hope this helps people! We see our customers as invited guests to a party, and we are the hosts.
