squigglybee Posted May 9, 2007 Share Posted May 9, 2007 Hi, I have not been receiving an order email when someone makes a purchase at my website. I receive an email from PayPal to inform me they have paid for their order, but no email telling me what their order actually was. I tested this out myself, and I made a purchase and selected to pay by money order. I then received an email letting me know about the order. I'm guessing that the reason I'm not getting emails is because people are transferred to the PayPal website? Any suggestions on what to do about this?
