Going Live

Hi, I need some help please!

I've got our store set up and am using SecPay for payments. My SecPay account is set to "live" and is apparently live with our bank as well. However, I am still getting 'test' transactions when submitting a transaction. SecPay has told me to make sure my shopping cart system is not in test mode.

Can anyone help me with this? I've looked through my account settings and can't see test mode anymore ..... am I missing something?? Do I need to change one of the php files?

Been struggling with this for a couple weeks now and not sure what to do next. Any help would be great!!

Thanks!

There isn't a test mode in oscommerce. There may be one in the SecPay module though. Take a look at its settings in admin->modules.

Thanks Jack,

I checked in the admin -> modules and there is a setting in SecPay that says "Transaction Mode" (Always Successful, Always Fail or Production). Should this be set to Production, perhaps??

Ah, I think that may have helped although we are getting "serv not allowed" now as an error message. But when I go into the SecPay log to look at the transactions, I see errors next to the clients address.

I checked with my co-worker who has been testing his credit card and think the problem is that he is using his work address instead of home address (which is the one that matches his credit card account). Just getting him to try using the right address, I'm hoping this is it.

Fingers crossed that it was only these 2 simple things!

Thanks for your help!
