fresh installation-I can install modules

hi,

at the moment I'm in big problem, and no solutions are available into the forum. ( not found)

 

After a new installation into the server, I have 2 problems:

1)

in the admin panel, when open the catalog page, this advise appears:"Error: Catalog images directory does not exist: httpdocs/catalog/images/", but the directory exists.

And the same for backups directory.

2)

The other problem, bigger, is that I can install the modules.

In the admin page appear only the directory path, and when I push the INSTALL button, nothing happens.

 

 

I hope somebody could help me.
