Guest
I've read just about every paypal IPN post but still don't understand how it's supposed to be set up. When I activate the Paypal IPN in my paypal seller preferences it asks for a Notification URL: (what is that? and where do I find that?) Also I don't understand how to set up the IPN contribution for Paypal, I know where I just don't understand what I'm supposed to change. The shopping cart contents don't carry over and neither does the shipping amount, the total costs of the items carries does though. I'm totally new to PHP and the store front thing and am SOOOoooOOoOooo confused I need some help, newbie style. Thanks very much. I also have Paymentech credit card proccessing for offline processing that I use regularly, but not sure how to integrate it into my website as an option. thanks. Guest
Ok I think I got it but I'm not sure what to put on the paypal page under seller options where it asks for the following information: Instant Payment Notification Preferences -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Activate Instant Payment Notification Before activating Instant Payment Notification, please read the instructions to ensure that you can support the notification system. Instant Payment Notification integrates PayPal payment notification and authentication with your website's back-end operations. Check this box to activate Instant Payment Notification, and enter the URL at which you will receive the payment notifications below. Notification URL: What do I put there after this part, Notification URL:? Please help, thanks
