change default width and height..

Hi,

How can I change the default width and height of category and sub-category images?

I just can't seem to find it.. I've found this:

But I can't find where SUBCATEGORY_IMAGE_WIDTH and SUBCATEGORY_IMAGE_HEIGHT are set..
