How do you change the order of listing from alphabetical to by Date Added or the ay I want it?

How do you change the order of listing from alphabetical to by Date Added or the ay I want it?

At this stage all products are listed in aphatbetical order but I want to change it to by date added, so the ones that I have added come to the top of the list, also if I want to have it is a different order?
