hi my names allan and ive just installed oscommerce but im getting this on my main page

 

Warning: require(STS_RESTART_CAPTURE) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/shopping/public_html/catalog/includes/header.php on line 15

 

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'STS_RESTART_CAPTURE' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/shopping/public_html/catalog/includes/header.php on line 15

 

 

i dont understand where to go to sort this out and what to do with it any one please help me out

Allan, I believe you are leaving out some details. It appears you tried to install a contribution (STS) after you initially installed osCommerce. If so, what version of STS did you try to install? If you were trying to install the latest 4.5.2 version, it looks like you did not finish the installation.

Did you make the changes to the application_top.php file?

hi well you are right ,

 

 

when i first installed i got the old faithfull error about

""""""" FATAL ERROR: register_globals is disabled in php.ini, please enable it"""""""

 

so i come over here and started looking around only to find a few ways of doing it and basicaly out of my league but i tryed

 

went to contribution page and downloaded a files called restart globals zip file and installed over the other file which changed every thing in stead of the register global coming up i have got this coming up so i dont think it was worth me downloading the register globals zip cause i still have grief and no instruction.......................

 

still have this main page
