The instructions read "Make sure that you have a directory called catalog/temp" Where do I make sure I have catalog/temp would that be osc/catolog/temp or really not sure on this one any help would be appreiated.

I'm not sure where you see that warning but it is telling you to the temp directory should be in the shop's root directory.

If you need to type into a browser www.your_domain.com/catalog to see your store, create the temp directory within the catalog directory. If you just need www.yourdomain.com to see the store, create the temp directory within your document root.

No warning just reading step 4 of Easy populate. It just says make sure there is a directory called catalog/temp. Is this where it should go in the OSC directory? /home/html/osc/catalog/temp

Ah!! You didn't say that before. I wondered because I knew that instruction wasn't in the install process anywhere.

There's your answer! Create a directory within the catalog directory and name it temp.

Okay started over reloaded OSC, and now I have the Catalog/temp. I finished the install instructions for easy populate and tried to Download EP and Froogle Files Download Complete tab-delimited .txt file to edit but nothing happens any Ideas? all the screen does is refresh.
