spax
I'm not sure where you see that warning but it is telling you to the temp directory should be in the shop's root directory. If you need to type into a browser www.your_domain.com/catalog to see your store, create the temp directory within the catalog directory. If you just need www.yourdomain.com to see the store, create the temp directory within your document root.
rx7world
No warning just reading step 4 of Easy populate. It just says make sure there is a directory called catalog/temp. Is this where it should go in the OSC directory? /home/html/osc/catalog/temp
spax
No warning just reading step 4 of Easy populate. Ah!! You didn't say that before. I wondered because I knew that instruction wasn't in the install process anywhere. The instructions read "Make sure that you have a directory called catalog/temp" There's your answer! Create a directory within the catalog directory and name it temp.
rx7world
To be clear directory and folder are the same thing right. After the OSC was installed i did not see any Catalog folder do you think the installlation did not go as it should of? or? What brings up the catalog page is http://Domain_name/osc/index.php if that helps.

spax
Sorry, not off hand. There are a number of support threads for EP so you are probably best to find the one for whatever version you have installed.
