OverThere
I've been doing a research here on Tax Rates and I'm left a little confused. I currently live in California. I know I will have to charge sales tax to other California residents but do I have to charge sales tax to outsiders? I'm getting mixed answers from google & these forums. AFAIK, California passed a law stating other states must tax Californian residents for online purchases. Is it the same regarding other states buying from California? OverThere
Thanks for the link. So if I read it correctly, I have to charge multiple taxes based on where the person is ordering from?
