Top Modules to use

I am setting up my first OS Commerce store. I would like to get some feedback on the top modules I should include into my store. Here is a list of what things I would like from my store.

 

- customer can view order history

- customer address book

- automated email confirmation

- live order tracking

- paypal compatibility

- USPS priority mail shipping integration

- promotional mail/customer follow up with opt-out feature

- real-time credit card processing with refund capability

- integrated store search

- backorders/partial shipment capability

- ability to list items on sale or bulk discounts

- ability to track how traffic comes to the site

- offline payment option

- google checkout

 

If there are other things I should be considering to add into OCS please let me know.
