I have been having a hard time importing about 40K items from my drop shipper… I found a company inventorysource.com which offers for a fee the data files as download….however, my attempts to import these into easy populate have failed… I think this is because I am using the wrong version of easy populate??? I have been reading their instructions it says : “Easy Populate Basic” but I just cant seem to find the basic version of easy populate? :'( (Sorry for crossposting i guess i posted this before in the wrong section and no-one answered; please someone help me) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Jack_mcs Posted May 6, 2007 Share Posted May 6, 2007 Download version 2.76D (which is really the correct version to use) and look at the sample file in it. That is the basic version. Delete everything in it except for the first row and you have a file for your shop. Then just copy the data from your file to it, matching the columns of course, and fill in the other required columns that may be missing. I would just do one row at first to test it. An alternative is to just use the download option in Easy Populate. It will create the file for you.
