SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql STEP3

I get the following error..

 

New Installation

 

Database Import

 

The following error has occurred:

 

SQL file does not exist: /install/oscommerce.sql

 

 

If I try an install without importing the database , I get this error..

 

A test connection made to the database was NOT successful.

 

The error message returned is:

 

Table 'oscommerce2.configuration' doesn't exist
