Help! Tried to install module and now getting major error

I tried to install a payment module and started getting the following error:

 

Warning: main(includes/languages/english/FILENAME_DESCRITPTIONS): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/lorilong2/4pawssanitarysupply.com/html/oscommerce/index.php on line 283

 

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/languages/english/FILENAME_DESCRITPTIONS' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/lorilong2/4pawssanitarysupply.com/html/oscommerce/index.php on line 283

 

 

I've since deleted all of the files I've added and reloaded the original files that I changed, but the error didn't go away. What do I need to do?

Did you install a fresh copy of index.php?

The reason I was trying to intall a different payment module is that my Authorize.net module appears to have quit working. I've walked through all my settings with Authorize.net and everything is correct. When a transaction is made, no errors show up and Oscommerce shows the order as pending. However, Authorize.net doesn't get the transaction.

 

Do you know what might cause this? It WAS working and I hadn't made any changes. My host restarted the VPS to no avail.

 

I was trying to install Authorize AIM, but must have not done it right.

I don't use Authorize.net and therefore don't know anything about it. Maybe if you uninstall that module then reinstall it again in the admin side it might sort it.

This occurs after I put something in my cart and try to check out. I get as far as the delivery information page where it has shipping and where you can enter comments. When I click continue, I get the error.

How strange. I would assume that uninstalling the Authorize.net in Admin then reinstalling again would have solved your problem. I'm away to try and duplicate this issue on a test site. I'll get back when I'm closer to an answer for you.
