Tax adding twice in order total on update order

Hi,

I am getting a problem while editing a record. As i update a record it adds CA Tax 8.25% in order total which is already been added in order. So it get add twice >_< ...... I am just about to hit my head with monitor :blink: .. Please help!!!!!

Can any one please help me that how can i solve this problem?
