hobaugh Posted May 4, 2007 Share Posted May 4, 2007 I have an old OSC site and just recently some customers get an empty cart when they checkout. This site has been running for 5 years, starting about a month or so ago some people started getting an empty cart when they checkout. Some of these folks have ordered before without trouble. In November of last year we upgraded our system with PHP5 and MySQL5 and I made the code changes that I found to make it work. Every time my client or I make an order every thing works fine. The last two customers with this problem are AOL users and I have a request into the client to get the email addresses of the other customers having trouble. I don't know if AOL is a problem or if this is just a coincidence. Has anyone heard of this problem? Thanks for any help you can give.
