howto: change background colour to image

hey guys,

i got this coding, but i cant change the color of the backgound to an image.

im interested in changing:

i tried: background: url(bg.jpg)

bg.jpg is in the same directory as this file, but that still doesnt work.

ok i figured it out..

 

even if the picture is in the same directory as the file, i still need to put the directory address of the image..
