writting new records on file import cvs phpmyadmin

Orignaly had 2 pages in categories.php and 7 incategoris_description.php. Increased one of categories with 300 subcatgories- causing accessing issues in admin>contents. Moved orginal and modified back and forth 8 times no issues with the exception of going into phpmyadmin and manualy deleting the records in these files thought cvs file transfeer supposed to take care of this. Any ideas??? :'(
