Discount Per Products Quantity Tax Calculation issue

I have installed the Discount Per Products Quantity mod to allow for a percent discount if someone purchases more than 5 items even if they are different items and it works great, however, the tax gets calculated off the Sub-Total and not off the discounted price. Is there a way to fix this so the tax is based off the discounted total? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
