Guest Posted May 3, 2007 Share Posted May 3, 2007 i just took over a site for a client, and when adding new products, when i upload the product image as i preview it, its not there, and below it has a strange path EG: IMAGE DOES NOT EXIST /var/tmp/ this is not the image name i have checked that image is a good size, it is RGB now i am lost any ideas G90 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
usernamenone Posted May 4, 2007 Share Posted May 4, 2007 (edited) Your image folder must be read and writeable with permissions of 0777 when you upload images. After you upload it is always a good idea to set permissions back to read only. (0444) Also check your configure.php files and make sure the path to your images is correct.
