cdyamic meta tagsv1.6 looking for cache to upload

Have two questions about loading contrib cdynamic meta tagsv 1.6.

 

1. Says frist to run enclosed .sql file. Where and How is it run?

 

2. under step1 says there is 4 files. Where is cache?

 

These questions are real basic but I'm lost on this ?????

Looked at tutorial bringing in no listed file. Followed the steps getting the following error:

SQL query:

 

INSERT INTO configuration_group( configuration_group_id, configuration_group_title, configuration_group_description, sort_order, visible )

VALUES ( 9999, 'Dynamic Meta Tag', 'Configuration options for the Dynamic metatag', 4, 1 ) ;

 

Any ideas? Frist time it looked like I had imported hit brose and started getting errors>
