jeanie2081 Posted May 3, 2007 Share Posted May 3, 2007 When customers try to start an account on my site "oakhillsgifts.com" the state menu does not pull down. When the state is manually typed in and the form is entered it comes up as an error to choose state from pull down menu. The menu now has a pull down but when Massachusetts is chosen it continues to come up as an error. It is also interesting that it is the same state that I'm operating from. I only plan to ship within the United States, could this be helpful in having the pull down for the state appear on the form in the first attempt?
