Guest Posted May 2, 2007 Share Posted May 2, 2007 Hey all, I have a problem with my OSC site not always calculating tax. Most of the time the tax will calculate as it should if the user is shipping to our state. However, there are at least 2 users in different cities that the tax doesn't calculate. I can't seem to duplicate the issue to figure out why it isn't including the tax amount in the total. Anybody have any ideas?
