somethingelse Posted October 31, 2002 Share Posted October 31, 2002 i've set up for 2 different zones so far... and it's COMBINING the tax total... so instead of 7% gst for canadians, and 8.9% for californians, it's charging 15.9%... dat's no goood.... :cry: i've got zone names as per the list inserted in the tax rates, but i'm assuming that's incorrect... oh just a wee note on what's what would make this forum so less busy and us site owners/designers so much more relaxed.... thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted November 3, 2002 Share Posted November 3, 2002 I found this to be counterintuitive (I had to read the source to figure it out), on the tax zone page there is a triangle under the "Action" column, click on that and it lets you set what zones the current tax zone applies to. Note that by default a tax zone applies to all zones, and all applicable tax zones are added together, which is why you are getting the combined total.
