Display Full List of Preferred Rates

Okay, I have UPS and USPS as my shipping options. They work great. However, I'd like to have UPS list it's full list of rates in checkout_payment.php.

 

Right now it lists:

 

United Parcel Service (UPS GND 1 X 13.31) (o) 7.25

United States Postal Service (USPS priority Mail 1 X 13.31) ( ) 16.05

 

However, I'd rather it list at least a couple more UPS options on the checkout_payment.php page, such as 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Next Day Air.

 

Is there a way for UPS shipping module to return this full list of rates?
