i see that weight area, but how do i write ounces? if it's 4 ounces, is it .004 what??

Well ... you know there are 16oz in a 1lb

 

So an ounce is a 1/16th of a pound

 

So 1oz = .0625lbs

 

So 4*.0625lb = .25lbs
