Order/Account Email vs. Inquiry Email

Can someone explain to me what the difference between the way emails are send when you submit an inquiry from the front page of ocs, and when a new account is created, or an order is submitted. I'm sending emails to sbcglobal and the inquiry part sends perfectly, but orders and new accounts don't seem to go anywhere. So what's different in the way the email is constructed?
