Sam Wega Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 Hi Our current SSL certificate expired. It cannot be renewed. We have a new certificate. The instructions state: "You may download your certificate by clicking the 'Collect Certificate' button below. Once you have your certificate, follow the instructions that came with your server software to install the certificate." We have downloaded the certificate. What are the instructions to install the certificate? OR Where can the instructions be found? Any help, comments, suggestions are great! Thanks! Sam
♥Vger Posted April 26, 2007 Posted April 26, 2007 Go to your web hosting control panel and look for the Import Certificate link - and then copy and paste the text of the certificate into the box that appears. Then Apache (or Windows IIS) has to be restarted for the new certificate to work. Vger
