winterradio Posted October 26, 2002 Share Posted October 26, 2002 I've had a few purchases of over 5000 aborted because the customer after successfully creating an account cannot figure out how to checkout. They receive the create_account_success.php but once pressing the continue button they are redirected to the main index page and can then not figure out how to checkout. Create an account ... Get Success ... Click on Continue ... ... Goes to Checkout I tried this via the Checkout from the Shopping Cart and the Checkout from the navigation bar.
