How do you add Credit Card info to checkout area

I am trying to learn more about Credit Card processing and collection of required data through OSC. The Knowledge Base and Documentation is not specific or I am missing something in a major way.

 

How do you add Credit Card selection and the correct Security Code collection to the Checkout process. We want to use Authorize.net but have never done this before and I am stumped.
