PayFlow Link Orders Aren't Being Recognized

Hello all and thanks for reading more of my problems,

 

I have the PayFlow Link mod installed and everything looks like it is working ok. However, after the payment is authorized and the user hits the continue shopping button on the Verisign page, nothing happens. No email. No order is recorded. The customer goes away happy and I have no idea what they bought.

 

I think it is probably the way my verisign account is set-up. Does anyone have experience with this? Do I need to set it to post somewhere? Any literature wriitten on this.

 

I'm almost ready to open my virtual doors and this is one of my last issues.

Yeah, I did. Make sure on your Verisign manager page you have the link go back to checkout_process.php. That should do it.

Initially I was so happy to find this thread. I thought our problems were solved. But actually we have a bit different problem. We receive the order info from PayFlow, but it's not written into osCommerce database :(

In PayFlow link, the return field must be set to checkout_process.php. I also suggest you change the button text through the Verisign managert o something more urgent sounding. If the customer does not press that button, no order info will be sent back to osCommerce.
