HELP! STUCK ON index.php doens't go anywhere else

I moved the site from one server to the other, changed configure.phps accordingly, db connecting ok, cleared cache files, but nothing seems to work. I click on any category and it just takes me to index.php

 

 

Any ideas or suggestions? :'(
