mrgubu Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 I have some products to download. On the other hand, I have the option to pay through bank transfer o credit card. The problem is the download link appears at the end of the chekout proccess even if the client has choosen bank transfer as payment method. SO , the client can download the file without pay. How can solve this? Thanks.

Guest Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 You need to change the order status when using the bank transfer module to "pending" - you can do this in admin>>modules>>payment Then when you have received payment you can update the order status in admin>>customers>>orders Sonia

I have put the order status of bank transfer to 'pending' and I still the download link.
