Tool section of admin panel

Desperate help:

 

Sorry for posting this twice. Must of hit it twice or something!!!!

 

This has been posted afe times and only one reply. Asking me the default of my browser. It is English.

 

This problem has been going for almost a week now, and it very frustration.

 

Whil working in the tool section of the admin panel the language version goes from from English to Spanish or Deutsch. It happens when going to Whos on line, working with catalog or working file manager. I've tried refresh to see it would convert back to English. But no luck. I would have to click the adminstration link in tools to take me backto the admin area. Then reclick the English found in upper right corner.

 

Now reopen tools and continue with my editing. After a bit, it would convert back to english. Probably about 95% of the time, it converts to Spanish and remaing times would be Deutsch.

 

I would hate to leave Oscommerce after all the work I have put into this.
