Different Columns

Hi,

 

I removed the whole right column but i want to keep the specials next to New Products. I don't want to keep it small, same size as the New Products(in heights). Let's say if we take the New Products column, i wanna take the half for New Products and the other for Specials. How do i do this? I want to make two seperate columns. What's the easiest way for doing this?
