Finally l manage to figure out about shipping method and l have question about Which file can we change the weight ( l hope l say it right ) U see l have set it : Zone 1 Shipping Table 0.5:1.00,1:1.50,1.5:1.80,2:2.50,3:3.50 and l put a test to purchase in 1kg which suppose to charge at $1.50 but instead it charge at $1.80 And at checkout it weight as 1.1kg, Why is that so? Wasnt It suppose to be weight as 1kg. Did anyone have the same problem like me? How can we change it? Cheers !!! Quote

If so,l have put it Package Tare =0 Larger Package =10 Even if l put as 1 on Package Tare, it still calculate the same <_< is there other file that l should edit at? Or am l confusing something .. shealock Posted May 2, 2007 Posted May 2, 2007 I have the same problem!!! I make a item with 1 Kg. I buy this test item and with this configuration: Shipping Table 2:8.50,5:10,10:12 The price by this item is: 10!!!! It must be 8.5 because is ONE kg!! Can anybody help me? please! Quote
tafu Posted June 1, 2007 Posted June 1, 2007 I had this problem too. My "test-shopping" included 2 items (weight 200 g), 1 item (weight 2000 g) and 1 item (weight 100 g). I am not a master of maths, but this should be 2500 g (20 euro). My shipping module calculated 1350 g and 40 euro costs. My setting: 1000:10,5000:20 I had to increase the "maximum package weight" value in admin/configuration/shipping/packaging. I also deleted the default values for "package tare weight" and "percantage increase". Now it works fine. cheers thomas Quote
