I read that I need to run the backup into it using phpMyAdmin. Need help here with this. I have uplaoded all files and folders to server.

First thing you need to do is make sure the file permissions are set right so osc can read the file after you verify that is in the folder that it belongs in.

You need to use phpMyAdmin to restore your database on the new hosting. Most hosting control panels have a phpMyAdmin link or similar database management tool.
