international 2 letter codes

hi, i just installed the royal mail contribution, I'm based in UK by the way) i noticed that all the european 2 letter codes had been put in the zone 1 bit ok, but the zone 2 just has 'everything else' in it, do u know if i need to put the correct ROTW 2 letter codes in and if so can anyne tell me what the main ones are?

i have all the european ones, and know that america - us, canada, ca, but ones like australia, new zealand, africa...etc i need, or if i can just leave -'everything else' and it will work.....thanks
