Need help on How to add a sql entry to new products

I've been fooling with this for quite some time. I want to be able to upload a file, much like the images, however i want it to be an mpeg. When the customer clicks on the picture it will play the movie. I've already figured out how to do most of the stuff on how to display it. What i need help with is how to make the sql database accept another value when adding the new products and to be able to upload it via new products. I'm sure it's fairly simple, however i'm having a hell of a time doing it and the project is due monday. Please if anyone has an idea on how to do this please reply or message me.
