Way to intergrate inventory program with website

I was wondering if there was a way that you can intergrate for example, microsoft excel to show up-to-date quantity on hand with the website. So for example someone just order 20 cases of a product online and then over the phone we inputed 10 cases to another company and the starting on hand is 50. Well the site will update the 50-20, but how do I get the -10 to show without going in a manually changing it.

 

Kind of hard when you have over a 1000 items and need to change the number after each phone order.

 

Any other suggestions is greatly appreciated if you can think of something I am missing.
