Offering the Paypal IPN option under different names

Hi,

 

Does anyone know if it's possible to have two payment options that both use the PayPal IPN?

 

For example, I'd like to offer the option to pay by PayPal or by Credit/Debit Card (via PayPal) as seperate selectable options even though they are both using the PayPal IPN module.

 

Any help appreciated!
