Guest Posted October 24, 2002 Posted October 24, 2002 I am having the same problem as others have had, but cannot find a solution listed on this board. When I update products, the information disappears. And, when I try to delete a category, it doesn't delete. And, when I add a new item, the preview screen is blank and none of my information gets added. My "register_globals" is set to "On" and my "file_uploads" is set to "1" (I'm assuming that's the same as "On") My host is one-hosting.com and the server is running Apache Version 1.3.22, and PHP version 4.2.3. Can anyone help me? Thank you, Chris :(

rdavido Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 I had this problem and saw in the bugs list that someone mentioned to make sure /etc/php.ini was set with file_uploads=on tried it and it worked - don't forget to restart your webserver or whatever you need to for your setup to refresh php.ini settings *edit*
