For order that is more than 20 Kg I would like my customer to contact me directly. So what I want is to redirect my customer when the order is more than 20 kg to a page that has my contact details instead of going to the normal page where it stated the shipping cost and shippin information ( there won't be shipping cost anyway because it is over the my zone rates which up to 20kg only, and i decide to set the larger package charges to 0 also) What file should I modify and how to do that?
