Problem with registry contribution

I just added the registry contribution, My family of products was workin fine. After installing registry I now get these two errors on admin family pages and I have no registry. I'm on localhost as a test store. Hoping to go live soon.

1146 - Table 'xxxxxxx_db.table_families' doesn't exist

re-check the installation instructions. you haven't set the table definitions.

As I'm new at this I wasnt sure what you meant. I did find a free program called winmerge and reloaded the datadase and reinstalled contribution from scratch, thank you. It works and it only took me 5 trys lol. I know winmerge will be a great help later on. That one is tough and I'm dreading doing the QBI one next but I'm sure with all the great help I've gotten here I'll get it too.

 

If I may ask for more of your time, Is it possbale to add some text in a smaller font below: 'Let\'s See What We Have Here'); on the index page, I have changed this text already but would like to add below it.
