Easy Populate Import Help

Hi,

 

I originally had a store running. I had to take it down. I uploaded a clean install. Im trying to import my old products list but it is failing to do so. This is the error message Im getting. I even tried to do a restore with no luck.

First let me say that I'm new to all this but I felt compelled to answer because I see two things that could have caused your problem one of which I'm looking for the answer in the forums for too. I know the answer is on here because I saw it a few weeks ago before I realized I was having to problem. There are 2 // between catalog and catalog temp and there isn't supposed to be. second is if you no longer have a temp file in your root section of your site.
