Your Order Has Been Processed! - Page Error

I hope somone can help me

 

The problem is that when a customer orders a items and go to checkout its goes at checkout_payment.php collectly than goes to checkout_confirmation.php and than is ment to go to a page where it conforms that the customer order has been placed but it goes to index.php which is wrong.
